Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would
prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are a flat rate of R 80.00

Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

DELIVERY TERMS

​

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 4 days.

​

DISPATCH TIME

​

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of  payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

​

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

TRACKING

​

Please inquire with our team at info@beemergrips.co.za if you require a tracking number for your product, remember to supply your order number for a speedy response.

CANCELLATIONS

​

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order
has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will be happy to accept a return for a refund on products in new/unused condition.

Beemer Grips accepts returns with accordance to our terms and conditions below.
Returned items must be in original packaging with no physical evidence of fitment or ANY damage whatsoever. (Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
Goods must be returned within 7 working days from date of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any returns exceeding this grace period.

Incorrectly requested parts, courier costs, are for the buyers account.
Incorrectly purchased goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
If the returned goods show any marks of wear and tear, partials or any scruff marks goods will not be liable for return, in this case the buyer will not receive a refund or credit and will be liable to collect the items or arrange courier at own cost.
